Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

If you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or by a letter sent by post.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We shall make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day return period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to contracts concerning:

  • Goods manufactured according to the consumer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised goods.

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

  • Goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

Products are not automatically excluded from withdrawal merely because their packaging has been opened. A statutory exclusion must actually apply.
